A media or communications team may finish a Trint transcript while the editor, producer or client contact is working elsewhere. The transcript is not useful to the next person until they know it is ready for review or publication. Checking folders manually adds delay, especially when several recordings are being processed at once.

With Zapier, Trint’s New Transcript trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS when a transcript is ready. Verified Transcript can send a second notification when the transcript has been fully editor approved. New Folder can alert an administrator when a new workspace area is created, while New Trint as CSV File can notify a team member that the export is available. The SMS can name the recording or folder using the fields supplied by Trint.

Mobile Message provides the notification only. It does not upload files or edit transcripts through the available actions. Use the alert to direct people back to Trint, where they can review the full transcript and take the next step.
