About the Trigger integration
Through Zapier, Trigger can start a Mobile Message workflow when a New Company, New Task or New Project is added. Mobile Message can send an SMS to a customer, colleague or administrator using the details available in Trigger. A new company could prompt a welcome message, while a new task could alert the person responsible for delivery.
Trigger also has actions for creating a company, project or task. That allows an inbound customer SMS to become a new task where the message supplies enough information for the workflow. These are separate Zaps rather than a general two-way sync. You choose the event and the noticeable result that suits your project process.
