TravelJoy SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with TravelJoy!
New Client is useful for confirming that an enquiry has been received, while New Trip can send a next-steps message to the traveller. New Form Submission can alert a team member, and Update Trip Stage can tell a customer that planning has moved forward. TravelJoy’s Create New Client and Create New Trip With a New or Existing Client actions can also respond to an inbound SMS when the text contains suitable details, though the most direct workflow sends TravelJoy events into Mobile Message.
Zapier provides the no-code connection. Choose one TravelJoy event, map the client or trip fields and select a Mobile Message action. The platforms are not synchronised in both directions. Both accounts are required, and every message should use only the customer information available in the selected trigger.
