Transkriptor’s New Transcription trigger can start Mobile Message Send SMS, Create Contact or Send SMS to List. A team member could receive a notice that a transcript is ready, while a relevant contact could be created from the available details. Transkriptor also has Transcribe Audio or Video File, an action that can sit in a wider Zap before Mobile Message sends a completion message.

The available Transkriptor actions do not create a transcript from an SMS, and Mobile Message does not read media files.
