About the TrackMage integration
Use New Shipment Created when a parcel enters the tracking process, or Updated Shipment Tracking Status when its progress changes. A Zap can send an SMS with the customer’s order details, status or a TrackMage tracking page link. New Order Created can also prompt an early acknowledgement, while Delivery Status Updated from Mobile Message can help you monitor whether the text reached the recipient.
This gives customers timely delivery communication and gives staff fewer routine messages to prepare. TrackMage’s Create Tracking Page Link action can also be used when another system starts a Zap, creating a link that a later SMS step can send. Choose the event, map the recipient and message fields, then let each defined workflow handle one customer communication.

Can TrackMage text customers when shipment tracking changes?
Yes. TrackMage’s Updated Shipment Tracking Status trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action in Zapier. Map the recipient and tracking information into the message so the customer receives the latest available status.
Can a new TrackMage shipment start a customer SMS?
Yes. Use New Shipment Created as the trigger and Send SMS as the Mobile Message action. The Zap can send shipment information to the customer when the parcel is first created in TrackMage.
How do I set up TrackMage SMS notifications?
Create the Zap in Zapier and connect both your TrackMage and Mobile Message accounts. Select the TrackMage event, test the returned shipment data, compose the SMS and publish the workflow without writing code.
