Traci SMS Integration

A new project appears in Traci and your team needs the right people to know about it. A Zap can use Project Created to send an SMS through Mobile Message, so a project owner, contractor or stakeholder receives the update without someone checking the dashboard and copying contact details. This is useful when progress reports need an immediate audience, rather than waiting for a scheduled meeting or manually forwarding a notification.

You can also use Task Updated to send a message when work changes in a meaningful way. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, or add a contact to a list, depending on how your projects are organised. For example, a task status change can prompt a short update to a project contact, while a new project can add an interested subscriber to a Traci project and send a launch message. The connection is built in Zapier, where you choose the Traci event, map the available project or task details, and set the Mobile Message action. Each Zap handles one defined event and outcome, helping your team keep people informed while progress remains recorded in Traci.
