AEC teams using Synergy can turn important project and personnel events into timely text communication. A New or Updated Project Contact event can create a Mobile Message contact, while Updated Project Status can send a concise status notice to the relevant person. New or Updated Leave can also alert a manager or staff member when attendance information changes.

The connection is useful when a project system contains the information but the people who need it are not checking Synergy continuously. New or Updated Staff can create a contact or send an onboarding message. New or Updated Contact can prompt an update to a Mobile Message record, while New or Updated Approved Leave can send a specific notice after approval. Choose the event and message carefully so the recipient receives only the information relevant to them.

Zapier carries each selected Synergy event to a Mobile Message action. You can send SMS, create or update contacts, or add contacts to a list. This is a set of one-directional workflows, not a native synchronisation between the two platforms.
