Yes. An inbound SMS reply can be set up in Zapier to trigger the Create Order action in Torod, so a customer's reply results in a new order record ready for the shipping team to pick up.

Does Mobile Message track the order once it is created in Torod?

No. The connection only runs from a Mobile Message event into Torod's Create Order action. Once the order exists, its shipping progress is managed inside Torod rather than reported back to Mobile Message.

How do I link Torod to Mobile Message for order creation?

In Zapier, choose a Mobile Message trigger such as Delivery Status Updated or Inbound SMS Received, then set Create Order as the action in Torod, mapping across the details you want carried through. Both accounts need to be connected, and no coding is required.
