Toogo can send a Sale Project Confirmed event to Zapier, where Mobile Message sends a plain text confirmation or creates the traveller as a contact. Traveler Created and Traveler Updated can also provide useful points for welcome messages and record handling.

Toogo suits travel operators managing trip creation, sales, logistics, payments and supplier reservations. A confirmed sale can trigger an SMS with the next step, while a new traveller can be added to a Mobile Message list for suitable communications. If a traveller texts your Mobile Message number, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Toogo's Update Person action when the required person reference and values are available. Toogo's Update a Sale Project and Create a Sale Project actions can also respond to an inbound message when your process has enough information. Each workflow is configured in Zapier and passes selected fields between the services.
