Verification codes and password reset links that only travel by email often sit unread while a new user gives up part way through signing into your Noodl app. Connected to Mobile Message through Zapier, a verification email request or a password reset request can trigger a text carrying the same code, reaching someone a lot faster than an inbox they are not currently checking.

Every new user created in your Noodl database can also become a contact in Mobile Message the moment they sign up, so the first text they receive after registering is not the first record the business holds of them. Records created elsewhere in the app, from a form submission through to a new order, can add someone to a list the same way, without a team member copying details across by hand.

Text replies work in the other direction too. When a customer answers an SMS, that reply can be written straight into a new Noodl record, so a conversation started by text still ends up stored alongside the rest of the customer's data instead of living only in a phone's message history.
