Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Tokeet!

A guest is about to check in, a booking changes, or a new message arrives in Tokeet while your team is handling several properties. Tokeet can send events such as Before Booking Check-In, Booking Is Paid, New Message and Booking Is Canceled to Zapier. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, alert a list, create a contact or add a guest to a list.

These workflows help hosts send arrival information, acknowledge payment, notify staff about a cancellation or respond promptly when a guest message is created. New Guest can also create a Mobile Message contact, while booking events can trigger a targeted text using the details supplied by Tokeet. Tokeet’s Create Inquiry action is available, but the supplied Mobile Message triggers do not provide a useful reverse workflow for the main guest communication needs. The practical connection therefore runs from Tokeet to Mobile Message through Zapier.
