Course creators and educators often add a member or contact in TinyPages while preparing a welcome sequence, class reminder or product update. If the new person’s mobile number is handled separately, someone may need to copy it into a messaging tool before the first useful message goes out. TinyPages can start a Zap when a new member or new contact is added, or when a contact receives a new tag.

Through Zapier, those events can run Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact, Update Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A new member can receive a welcome text, while a tag such as a course cohort can place the contact into a Mobile Message list. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also start TinyPages’s Add Tag action, making a customer reply visible as a contact label.
