For example, an approved quote can send a booking prompt, a new job can send preparation instructions, and a recorded payment can send a receipt-style acknowledgement. New Contact and New Lead can also create a Mobile Message contact, so a number from TintPro is available in your messaging records. Mobile Message handles the SMS or contact action, while TintPro remains the source of the workshop event.

This setup suits tint and auto shops that want fewer manual calls after quotes, jobs, and payments change. Map the customer name, vehicle details, timing, and other fields available in each trigger. The connection is built in Zapier, not as a native two-way update between the systems.
