TimeHero SMS Integration

Project teams can mark an important result for customers or colleagues as soon as work is completed in TimeHero. New Task and Task Completed can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. TimeHero also provides Create Task and Create Project for workflows that begin in another app.

A completed task can trigger a short update to a customer, a manager or a field worker, while a newly created task can alert someone that an assignment is ready. The message can include the task name or project context supplied by TimeHero. If a workflow starts with a Mobile Message event, TimeHero’s actions can create a task or project where that outcome is genuinely useful. These are separate one-direction automations, not a general sync between both systems. The connection is made through Zapier, so you choose the event, map the fields and test the recipient number before activation. Keep the SMS concise and reserve operational detail for the system where the task is managed.
