Tightly SMS Integration

A stock purchase is approved, but the people waiting for inventory often hear nothing until someone remembers to send an update. Tightly can trigger a Zap when a new purchase order is created or when a purchase order is updated. Mobile Message can then send a practical SMS to a supplier, purchasing contact or internal list, using the order information selected in Zapier.

This helps e-commerce operators keep stock movements visible at the moments that matter. A new purchase order could send a confirmation to the supplier, while an updated order could notify a team member that quantities, dates or other details have changed. Tightly’s Create Suppliers and Update Purchase Order actions are available when another app starts the Zap, but they are not a replacement for Mobile Message’s messaging actions. The connection is one direction at a time. Choose the Tightly event, map the appropriate number and order fields, and let Mobile Message send the message or manage the contact record.
