About the Tickd integration
This suits teams that organise projects, issues and customer requests in Tickd but use SMS for urgent handovers. A new ticket can notify a support contact, while a Note Mention can alert a selected list when someone is called into the discussion. If an SMS reply should become trackable work, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Tickd Create a Ticket, creating a record for someone to review.
The connection is configured as separate one-directional Zaps. It does not synchronise Tickd tickets with Mobile Message or automatically close a ticket after a text. Instead, select the event and action that match your process, then map the ticket or message details into the result.
