The Ear Academy SMS Integration

Music schools and education teams use The Ear Academy to manage learning progress across courses and lessons. Mobile Message can turn a completed learning milestone into a timely text, helping students or staff receive the next-step information without waiting for someone to check completion records manually.

Use Course Completed to trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action for a course completion message. Lesson Completed can do the same for a smaller progress update or practice reminder. The Ear Academy’s available actions relate to assigning or unassigning users from courses and groups. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can therefore run Assign User to Course or Assign User to Group when an incoming text contains the information needed by your process. Each workflow is configured through Zapier and runs in one direction. It does not synchronise enrolments or messages between the platforms. Map the learner details, test the text and decide whether a completion should notify the learner, a parent or a school administrator. This gives education teams a clear communication step around learning activity.
