TestInvite SMS Integration

A candidate has just completed an online assessment, but your team may not see the result until later. With Zapier, TestInvite's Test Session Completion trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS, giving the candidate a prompt about the next stage while the experience is still recent. It can also alert an internal number that the assessment is ready for review.

Mobile Message supports Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, and Update Contact actions. You can therefore send a completion acknowledgement, create the candidate as a Mobile Message contact, or notify a group responsible for recruitment and assessment. TestInvite's Register a Candidate action can also be started by an inbound SMS when a suitable candidate identifier is collected in the Zap. The connection is configured in Zapier, with each workflow running in one direction.

This setup suits organisations that want a clear hand-off after testing without asking staff to copy details between systems. Keep the SMS concise, include the relevant next step, and use the test data mapped by Zapier to personalise the message. Delivery Status Updated can separately start a Zap when you need to record that a notification was delivered in another system, subject to the actions available there.
