The most useful Teem event can reach staff at the moment it happens. A visitor checks in through Lobbyconnect, an employee makes a work request, or someone fails to check into an event. Zapier can send one of these events to Mobile Message, giving reception, facilities, or an event organiser a prompt without requiring constant attention to the Teem dashboard.

For example, Visitor Check-In can send a message to reception, while Work Request can alert the facilities contact responsible for the workspace. Event Canceled (No Check-In) can notify an organiser that attendance needs follow-up, and Event Check-In can confirm that a participant has arrived. The message can use the event details supplied by Teem. Mobile Message can send the alert to one person or to a list, depending on how your team handles the event. This is a one-way Zapier automation between Teem and Mobile Message, not a two-way workspace sync.
