A project, task or project member record can be the point where a customer or colleague needs a clear update. A Zap can take Teamcamp’s available project triggers and turn them into a Mobile Message SMS for a noticeable result.

For example, a Projects event can send a project notification, while Project Members can create a Mobile Message contact for future communication. Teamcamp’s Create Task action can also run when Mobile Message receives an inbound SMS, giving the project team a task to review a customer or supplier reply. Add Comment to Task is another sensible response where the incoming text should be visible inside a task.
