TeamBuildr OS can start a Zap from that transaction event, allowing Mobile Message to send a confirmation or internal notification by SMS. This gives gym operators a direct way to acknowledge an important member action without checking billing screens throughout the day.

New Member Profile Created can also create a Mobile Message contact, while Member Booking Sign In can send a timely class or appointment message. Membership Canceled can notify a selected staff member when retention follow-up may be needed. This connection works through Zapier and uses Mobile Message for plain-text SMS. It does not update TeamBuildr OS from an SMS or provide a two-way membership synchronisation.
