A workshop team has just closed a repair order, but the customer still needs to know that the vehicle is ready. tallerGP can use Order Closed as a Zapier trigger for Mobile Message Send SMS, so the customer receives a plain text update without staff having to copy the order details into a separate tool. Order Status Changed can support similar notices when work moves through the workshop.

New Appointment is useful for reminders or confirmations, while New Bill can alert a customer that billing information is ready. New Client can trigger Create Contact, giving Mobile Message a record for later messages. Client Birthay can also start a carefully timed customer greeting where that communication suits your process.

The connection is built in Zapier using the tallerGP event and the Mobile Message action you choose. It does not create a two-way native connection or copy every tallerGP record automatically. Select the moments that deserve an SMS, map the available customer fields and test the wording before switching the Zap on. This helps workshop staff reduce manual follow-up while keeping customers informed about repairs and appointments.
