A group meeting is created in Taggg, and every attendee may need the same practical information before the scheduled conversation. If that message depends on a coordinator remembering to copy details into a bulk SMS tool, it can be delayed or missed. Zapier can use Meeting Created to start a Mobile Message action.

A plain-text SMS can confirm that a meeting has been arranged, provide the time or share a short joining instruction from the Taggg event. Meeting Canceled can also trigger a message, helping participants learn about a change sooner. Mobile Message can Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact or Add Contact to List, depending on whether the workflow targets one person or an existing audience.

The connection runs through Zapier, rather than being a native Taggg and Mobile Message integration. Taggg remains the source of meeting events, and Mobile Message carries out the selected SMS or contact action. It does not synchronise calendars or meeting records. Use the fields available from the Taggg trigger and test the wording so each recipient receives a clear, useful update.
