Tability SMS Integration

A quick text back from a team member is often the fastest way to get a status update, faster than opening an app to type out a proper check-in on a goal nobody has looked at since standup. Mobile Message connects to Tability through Zapier, so that reply does not have to sit in a phone waiting to be typed up later, and a manager does not have to chase it down before the next review.

When someone replies to a text with a progress update, that reply can be sent straight to Tability as a new check-in against the outcome it relates to. The goal-tracking record updates without the team member ever opening Tability directly, so a habit that might otherwise slip happens automatically every time a reply comes in, and the outcome stays visible to the rest of the team without a follow-up message.
