A New Project event can notify an implementation team that a new workspace needs attention. These alerts help keep work visible when staff are away from the project management platform.

Mobile Message is acting as the delivery step, not as a replacement for Swatle. The Zap starts with an event in Swatle and sends one SMS or a message to a Mobile Message list. If someone replies, that reply is not automatically written back to a Swatle task because the supplied Swatle actions only update or create tasks when separately configured as an action.
