About the Supershot integration

A new team member has joined, but their virtual photoshoot invitation can easily sit in an onboarding queue. Supershot's New Team Member Created in an Organization trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, so the employee receives the next instruction without waiting for someone to check the team dashboard.

A completed photoshoot or a newly generated headshot can also notify a coordinator by text. Mobile Message Send SMS suits an individual owner, while Send SMS to List can alert a people team or studio group. If an SMS arrives with a request to arrange a shoot, Inbound SMS Received can trigger Supershot's Invite an Employee for a Virtual Photoshoot action, provided the required employee details are available.
