New Store Order can send an order acknowledgement, while Member Cancellations can alert the customer that the cancellation has been received and outline any next step. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action delivers the message, and Create Contact can store a member’s phone details for future communication. Add Contact to List can separate members, shoppers, or cancellation follow-ups.

This suits membership sites that combine subscriptions, content, and online sales. The Zap does not synchronise member records between SubHub and Mobile Message. It responds to one SubHub event at a time, passing the information you select into the Mobile Message action configured in Zapier.
