SocialRails SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SocialRails!
Through Zapier, SocialRails can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action from Post Failed or Post Published. New Post can also create a Mobile Message contact when a campaign recipient or stakeholder should be recorded. You can personalise the alert with the platform and post details supplied by SocialRails. The connection runs through Zapier, and each automation is one-directional.
This setup is suited to teams that need visible publishing alerts without repeatedly checking SocialRails. It does not make SocialRails and Mobile Message synchronise, and it does not make Mobile Message publish social content. It simply turns selected SocialRails events into configured Mobile Message actions.
