Skod SMS Integration

People booking consultations through Skod expect useful information while their request is still fresh. Skod provides access to digital services and consultations across several channels, yet a consultation update can otherwise depend on someone checking the platform and contacting the person manually. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message gives your team a practical way to send an SMS when Skod reports that a consultation has changed.

Use the Consultation Update trigger to notify a client that their request has been updated, or to tell an internal team member that attention is needed. The message can provide the next step, direct the recipient to contact your team, or confirm that someone is reviewing the consultation. This keeps communication close to the event that caused it and reduces the chance of an important update being overlooked.

The connection is one-way. Skod starts the Zap, and Mobile Message sends the SMS. You choose the wording and map the phone number and relevant consultation information available in the Zapier record. The setup uses Zapier, so it does not require custom development, but both service accounts are needed.
