Skod provides access to digital services and consultations across several channels, yet a consultation update can otherwise depend on someone checking the platform and contacting the person manually. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message gives your team a practical way to send an SMS when Skod reports that a consultation has changed.

Use the Consultation Update trigger to notify a client that their request has been updated, or to tell an internal team member that attention is needed. The message can provide the next step, direct the recipient to contact your team, or confirm that someone is reviewing the consultation.
