A learner is due to attend training, but the course dashboard is not where they look for every reminder. In that moment, Skill Spark can start a Zap when a course is assigned, when a learner has not started, or when a course remains incomplete. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS that puts the next step in front of the learner or administrator.

This is useful for training coordinators who need visible prompts without manually checking course progress. A Course Enrollment Notification could send an enrolment message, while Course Not Started Notification could remind a learner to begin.
