A sales contact can arrive while a representative is on a call or preparing a proposal. If nobody notices the new record, the first response may come much later than the prospect expects. A repeatable alert or contact-creation workflow helps the team act on new sales information without relying on someone to watch Skarbe throughout the day.

Skarbe can trigger a Zap when a new contact is created. Mobile Message can send an SMS from that event, which is useful for notifying a sales representative or acknowledging a prospect when a suitable phone field is available. Mobile Message can also create a contact, so a separate workflow can place the same person into the messaging platform for later use.

The connection uses Zapier, rather than a native Skarbe and Mobile Message integration. You need accounts with Skarbe, Mobile Message and Zapier. These workflows run in one direction and do not promise that contact changes will be synchronised between the two systems. Choose the message and fields that match your sales process, then test the Zap before enabling it.
