A project status changes on a job site while your office is handling several installations. Someone may need to contact the customer, send a project link or record the next action, yet the status update can be missed among other field activity. Turning that event into a text gives the right person a clear prompt as soon as the project moves.

Through Zapier, SiteCapture's Project Status Updated Webhook can trigger Mobile Message's Send SMS action. The message can tell a customer that a survey has progressed, alert an installer or provide a job reference. SiteCapture also offers Send Project URL to Recipient as an action, which can be started by an inbound SMS from Mobile Message when a customer texts your business and the required project information is available.

You can choose whether the workflow is customer-facing or internal. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list after a SiteCapture event, while SiteCapture can create or update a project through other Zap steps. These are separate event-based workflows configured in Zapier, not a native two-way sync.
