When a customer texts back to confirm a purchase, that reply can trigger SimpleRev's Update Deal action, adding the confirmation to the deal record without a rep manually opening SimpleRev to note it down. It's a one-way link, the update runs from the text, and it doesn't send anything back to the customer on its own.
