SimpleCert SMS Integration

A person finishes a course, an event or a compliance module and the next thing they expect is their certificate, not a wait while someone manually enters their name into another system. SimpleCert handles the certificates once a recipient exists in the project, and Mobile Message can be the step that gets them into that project in the first place. When someone texts in to confirm they have finished or to request their certificate, that inbound reply can add them as a recipient to an existing SimpleCert project straight away.

Because the action only needs a name and the right project, an inbound text confirming attendance or asking about a certificate is enough to add that person as a recipient, and SimpleCert can take it from there using its own templates and delivery. Mobile Message's side of the connection is limited to sending texts and reacting to inbound replies, so the recipient still ends up with a certificate, the request to add them just started from a text conversation instead of a spreadsheet.
