Qigu SMS Integration

Learning and development teams running digital training programs live in two worlds at once, a course platform full of modules and learning paths, and a phone in every learner's pocket that the platform can't reach on its own. Qigu builds the paths, tracking who is progressing through a course and who has dropped off partway through. Mobile Message, connected through Zapier, is how those learners get reached without anyone opening a spreadsheet to find a phone number.

Because Qigu doesn't send events out to start a Zap, the useful automations run the other way, starting from something that happens on the Mobile Message side. When a learner texts back a question or a confirmation, that inbound reply can add them straight into a learning path in Qigu, so a trainer doesn't have to manually enrol every person who responds. The same inbound reply can also be used to start a brand new learning path for someone getting in touch for the first time, giving a training coordinator one less manual step between a text conversation and someone actually beginning a course.
