A new starter added to Motimate gets a welcome text before their first shift, without anyone in HR remembering to send it by hand. Connected through Zapier, a new user created in Motimate can trigger Mobile Message to add that person as a contact, ready for onboarding texts and training reminders.

A new group set up for a rotating team or a fresh training cohort can add every member to a Mobile Message list in one step, so a reminder about a course or a shift change reaches the whole group at once instead of getting passed around one person at a time. The connection also runs the other way, so a reply to a training text can create a new post inside the relevant Motimate group, meaning a question raised over SMS still lands where the rest of the team discussion happens, visible to everyone who needs to see it rather than sitting in one manager's messages.
