Shuttle SMS Integration

A customer completes a payment link while your team is still checking orders, reconciling payments or preparing the next step. Without an immediate notification, a completed payment can wait in Shuttle until someone reviews the dashboard. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can send a plain-text SMS when Shuttle reports a payment link notification, helping the right person notice the change sooner.

Shuttle’s Payment Link Notification trigger covers payment links that are created, updated, completed or expired. Pair it with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to acknowledge a completed payment, alert a team member about an expiry or tell a customer what happens next. Send SMS to List is useful when a finance or fulfilment group needs the same operational update. Use Zapier filters if only one notification type should send a message.

Shuttle’s Create Payment Link, Update Payment Link and Cancel Payment Link actions can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger where a controlled text process is appropriate. The connection does not make Shuttle and Mobile Message synchronise automatically. It is a Zapier workflow using the fields and conditions you select, with Mobile Message responsible for sending the SMS.
