About the ShopQuotes integration

A quote can be created in ShopQuotes while the customer is still waiting for an answer. If the sales team has to remember every new quote and prepare each follow-up manually, a promising opportunity can go quiet. A prompt SMS can acknowledge the quote, tell the customer what happens next or alert a salesperson to make contact.

Through Zapier, ShopQuotes can use Quote Created as the event that starts a Mobile Message action.
