Shopping Feed SMS Integration

An order arrives while your team is watching products, inventory and marketplace activity in Shopping Feed. A Zap can turn that event into a customer text or an internal alert, so an order does not wait quietly for the next manual check. Failure events are useful too, because a failed shipment, acknowledgement, catalogue import or export can reach the person who needs to act.

Shopping Feed provides Order, Failed Order Shipment, Failed Order Acknowledgement, Failed Catalog Import and Failed Export triggers. Mobile Message can then Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact or Add Contact to List. For example, an Order event can text a customer that the order has been received, while Failed Order Shipment can alert a fulfilment team. A failed catalogue import can notify the relevant operator before product information becomes stale across sales channels.

The connection works through Zapier and each workflow runs in one direction. Shopping Feed supplies the marketplace or catalogue event, and Mobile Message performs the selected action. It does not acknowledge, ship or update an order inside Shopping Feed unless you separately build a workflow using an available Mobile Message trigger and a Shopping Feed action.
