Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Shopkit!

A Shopkit order can be paid, ready for pickup or marked delivered while your team is processing the next order. Customers benefit when the relevant update reaches them without waiting for someone to open the store dashboard. Shopkit triggers such as Order Paid, Order Pickup Available and Order Delivered can start Mobile Message SMS through Zapier.

Newsletter Subscribed can create a contact and add that person to a suitable Mobile Message list. Order Payment Failed can send a prompt message explaining that the payment needs attention. Order Canceled can also notify a customer or internal recipient, depending on the fields and message you choose.

Shopkit remains the source for orders, products and client details. Mobile Message sends the SMS, and Zapier passes the selected event data between them. This is not a native two-way connection or a full store synchronisation. You choose which Shopkit events matter and how each message should read.

For example, a pickup message can include the order reference and collection instruction held in the Zap fields. A delivery message can confirm the status without requiring staff to copy the order into another system.
