Sflow SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Sflow!
The workflow is useful for urgent defects, customer requests and delivery blockers. The issue title, project and priority can be placed into a short text, while the same event can create a Mobile Message contact if the person involved is new to the SMS platform. You can choose the recipient and message wording in Zapier, so routine work does not depend on someone manually copying issue details.
Sflow also has a Create Issue action. If a customer texts Mobile Message, Inbound SMS Received can create an issue in Sflow when the incoming message contains the information your team expects. These are separate one-way Zaps rather than automatic synchronisation. Both accounts and a Zapier account are required.
