Certificate teams often finish a credential and still spend time chasing the recipient with a separate message. Sertifier can provide the event that starts a customer communication, while Mobile Message sends a plain-text SMS through Zapier. A new Campaign can alert an administrator that an issuing workflow has been created, and a new Badge Design or New Certificate Design can notify the people responsible for preparing the next credential campaign.

Sertifier manages digital certificates, badges and verification for organisations. Its available events can start a Zap, and Mobile Message can then send SMS or create contacts. You can also use Sertifier’s Add & Publish Credential action when a Mobile Message event should add a recipient to a campaign. That is useful when a reply identifies someone who should receive a credential, provided the required details are available in the Zap.

The connection is best suited to training providers, associations and internal learning teams that need a visible notification around credential work. It is configured as individual Zaps, not as a native integration or a two-way sync. The message content, recipient number and campaign information remain under your control.
