Email marketing teams using Sendflo can add a mobile follow-up to the moments they already track. A New Contact event can identify a person added by import, manual entry or API. Campaign Completed can show that a large email send has finished and may be a useful point for an internal notification or follow-up message.

Through Zapier, Sendflo can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. A new Sendflo contact can be created in Mobile Message or placed into a selected SMS list, while a completed campaign can alert a team member by text. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event can also trigger Sendflo’s Create or Update Contact action when a person texts and their details should be recorded in the email platform.

These workflows are selected automations, not a native integration or automatic two-way synchronisation. They let you decide which Sendflo events deserve an SMS response and which received texts should create or update a Sendflo contact.
