Sellfinity can pass those events through Zapier to Mobile Message, so a newly created company or contact receives a prompt SMS or a sales operator is alerted when a board row changes.

A new company or contact can trigger a welcome or acknowledgement message. A new board row can notify a customer that their request has been logged, while an updated board row can send a message when a sales milestone changes. Mobile Message sends the plain text result using the phone number and Sellfinity fields mapped in Zapier.
