A customer taps the payment link you sent and the funds land in your account before you have even opened your laptop. SecPaid handles the collection and the receipt, but the person still needs to hear that their payment went through, and so does the team keeping an eye on the account. Zapier lets SecPaid's payment events reach Mobile Message so that confirmation happens on its own.

When a new SecPaid payment is received, a text can go straight back out to confirm it landed safely. A payout arriving in the account, or a bank transfer request sitting there pending, can trigger that same kind of message, so nobody has to check the dashboard to know money has actually moved. The connection only runs one direction. SecPaid tells Mobile Message something happened and Mobile Message sends the SMS, so the payment record stays inside SecPaid while the notification goes out by text.
