SalesRabbit+ SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with SalesRabbit+!
SalesRabbit+’s New Lead Created trigger can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS action with a prompt acknowledgement or appointment prompt. The same event can create a Mobile Message contact or add the lead to a list for a particular territory or campaign. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can start SalesRabbit+’s Create Lead action, giving a new text conversation a record for a rep to follow up.
SalesRabbit+ also has actions for Create Appointment and Update Lead. Those actions can be selected when a Mobile Message event starts a Zap, provided the incoming SMS or delivery information contains the fields required by SalesRabbit+. Set permissions and field mappings carefully, particularly for lead assignment and appointment data. These are defined workflows, not a two-way lead sync.
