SaleAssistant AI can trigger a Zap when a new prospect leaves their data in the chat. Mobile Message can send an SMS from that event, using the prospect details supplied by SaleAssistant AI. The text might alert a salesperson that a new lead is ready for follow-up, or acknowledge the prospect where the available information and your consent process support that message.
The connection is made through Zapier, with SaleAssistant AI providing the trigger and Mobile Message providing the SMS action. It is not a native integration and does not create a two-way record sync. You need SaleAssistant AI, Mobile Message and Zapier accounts. Set the recipient, map the phone field and test the wording before turning the Zap on.
