Riser SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Riser!
New Contact is useful for an internal alert when a prospect or customer enters Riser. Updated Contact can notify a team member that information needs review, while Deleted Contact can flag a removal that may affect an active follow-up. Mobile Message sends the text, and Riser remains the source of the contact event. The message can include the mapped contact fields available in the trigger.
Riser also provides Create Contact. A Mobile Message Inbound SMS Received event can start that action when a text contains suitable contact information. This offers a focused way to turn an incoming message into a Riser record. The workflows are separate Zapier automations, not a native two-way synchronisation.
A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration.
