A learner finishes a course, but the completion may not be seen by the person responsible for follow-up. Rise up can pass its User Finishes Course event to a Zapier workflow, where Mobile Message sends an SMS to the learner, trainer or administrator. This removes the need to check course records manually after every completion.

A completion text can congratulate the learner, provide information about the next class or remind them how to access further learning. It can also alert an internal contact that a learner has reached a required milestone. The message remains plain text and can use the learner details supplied by Rise up, including a mobile number where that data is available.

This connection is deliberately focused because Rise up provides one trigger and no listed actions. The event starts the SMS, while Mobile Message handles delivery. It does not update a learner record or create a two-way course status link. You can add filters and choose the recipient and wording in Zapier, then test the result with a sample completion.
