Return Prime SMS Integration

When a return request is created or updated in Return Prime, your team may need to acknowledge it quickly and explain what happens next. A timely text can confirm that the request has been received, provide a returns support contact, or remind the customer to check their email for the next step. This is useful when returns are handled by a small team that cannot monitor every request throughout the day.

Through Zapier, Return Prime can pass its request event to Mobile Message, where you can send an SMS or send an SMS to a list. You choose the customer phone number and message fields in the Zap, then let the automation run whenever Return Prime reports a change. The connection does not create a two-way return workflow, and it does not issue refunds or labels. It simply puts a useful customer notification after the return event, so fewer requests sit without acknowledgement and customers know that their case is being handled.
